Police handcuffed a 47-year-old homeless Romanian man who tried to grap a 1.5-year-old girl from her mother’s arms.
The incident occurred at the entrance to a supermarket in Bergamo Italy and was recorded by security cameras.
The images show the mother walking with her little girl towards the exit of the store, when the 47-year-old enters the supermarket and grabs the child by the legs, trying to violently pull her away from the mother.
The mother resists, holding the child by the hand and falls to the ground. The father of the family who was following with the stroller immediately intervened, where together with passers-by and the guards they managed to immobilize the perpetrator.
The police arrived at the scene and arrested the 47-year-old man. The perpetrator’s motives remain unknown at this time.

Μπέργκαμο: Άστεγος προσπάθησε να αρπάξει ένα κοριτσάκι 1,5 ετών από τα χέρια της μητέρας του (ΒΙΝΤΕΟ)
Χειροπέδες πέρασαν οι αστυνομικοί σε έναν 47χρονο άστεγο Ρουμάνο, ο οποίος προσπάθησε να αρπάξει ένα κοριτσάκι 1,5 ετών από τα χέρια της μητέρας του.
Το περιστατικό σημειώθηκε στην είσοδο σούπερ μάρκετ στο Μπέργκαμο της Ιταλίας και καταγράφθηκε από κάμερες ασφαλείας.
Στις εικόνες φαίνεται η μητέρα να περπατάει μαζί με το κοριτσάκι της προς την έξοδο του καταστήματος, όταν ο 47χρονος εισέρχεται στο σούπερ μάρκετ και αρπάζει από τα πόδια το παιδί, προσπαθώντας βίαια να το τραβήξει μακριά από τη μητέρα.
Η μητέρα αντιστέκεται, κρατώντας το παιδί από το χέρι και πέφτει κάτω. Άμεσα επενέβη ο πατέρας της οικογένειας που ακολουθούσε με το καρότσι, όπου μαζί με περαστικούς και τους φύλακες κατάφεραν να ακινητοποιήσουν τον δράστη.
Η Αστυνομία έφθασε στο σημείο και συνέλαβε τον 47χρονο άντρα. Μέχρι στιγμής παραμένουν άγνωστα τα κίνητρα του δράστη.
