Two trams collided in Strasbourg France, on Saturday (11/01) afternoon, leaving dozens people injured.
Initial reports indicated at least 30 injured people, with rescue teams arriving at the scene for treatment. Five passengers are in critical condition.
According to local reports, the incident happened near the central station, when one tram switched tracks and struck another tram.

Δύο τραμ συγκρούστηκαν σε κεντρικό σταθμό στο Στρασβούργο (Γαλλία), το απόγευμα του Σαββάτου (11/01). με αποτέλεσμα να τραυματιστούν δεκάδες άτομα. Οι πρώτες πληροφορίες κάνουν λόγο για τουλάχιστον 30 τραυματίες, ενώ στο σημείο έφτασαν σωστικά συνεργεία για να τους παρασχεθούν οι πρώτες βοήθειες. Πέντε επιβάτες νοσηλεύονται σε κρίσιμη κατάσταση.
Σύμφωνα με τοπικές αναφορές, το περιστατικό συνέβη κοντά στον κεντρικό σταθμό, όταν ένα τραμ άλλαξε ράγες και χτύπησε μετωπικά ένα άλλο τραμ.
