According to Russia’s Defence Ministry, Ukraine fired last night six (6) ATACMS missiles on a target in the Bryansk region. The missiles were supplied to Ukraine by USA.
The Russian Defence Ministry reports that five (5) missiles were successfully shot down by the air defence systems of S-400 & Pantsir AA. The sixth missile was damaged, with its fragments to fell down, causing a fire at a military facility.
The attack took place just 48 hours after US President Joe Biden gave the “green light” to Ukraine for the use of long-range missile systems.
Dmitry Medvedev comment on social media platform “X”: «Russia’s new nuclear doctrine means NATO missiles fired against our country could be deemed an attack by the bloc on Russia. Russia could retaliate with WMD against Kiev and key NATO facilities, wherever they’re located. That means World War III.»
