A wedding in Vaucluse, in southeastern France, ended in tragedy when gunmen opened fire on the couple and their guests.
According to Le Parisiene, the incident occurred on Saturday night (21/06) during a wedding party.
Four gunmen opened fire on the newlyweds as they got out of their car. The groom managed to hit with his car one of the attackers, but unfortunately the bride and another person died at the scene. Three people were also seriously injured.
According to initial information, the police do not rule that this deadly attack comes from gang members, as the groom, who belongs to the Moroccan community, is known to the police for criminal conspiracy and drug offenses.
Cops are now hunting the three gang members who fled the scene on foot, according to local news outlets.

Σε τραγωδία κατέληξε ένας γάμος στο Βαλκουσε στην νοτιανατολική Γαλλία, όταν ένοπλοι άνοιξαν πυρά κατά του ζευγαριού και των καλεσμένων.
Σύμφωνα με την Παριζιεν, το περιστατικό σημειώθηκε το βράδυ του Σαββάτου (21/06) κατά τη διάρκεια γαμήλιου πάρτι.
Οι 4 ένοπλοι δράστες πυροβόλησαν εναντίον των νεονύμφων καθώς κατέβαιναν από το αυτοκίνητο. Ο γαμπρός έκανε όπισθεν και χτύπησε έναν δράστη, δυστυχώς όμως η νύφη και ένα άλλο άτομο πέθαναν επί τόπου. Τρία άτομα τραυματίστηκαν επίσης σοβαρά.Σύμφωνα με τις πρώτες πληροφορίες, η Αστυνομία δεν αποκλείει ξεκαθάρισμα λογαριασμών, καθώς ο γαμπρός, ο οποίος ανήκει στην μαροκινή κοινότητα, είναι γνωστός στην αστυνομία για εγκληματικές δραστηριότητες και διακίνηση ναρκωτικών”.
Η αστυνομία αναζητά τώρα τα τρία μέλη της συμμορίας που διέφυγαν από το σημείο με τα πόδια, σύμφωνα με τοπικά μέσα ενημέρωσης.
