Ισχυρή σεισμική δόνηση μεγέθους 6,4 βαθμών σημειώθηκε την Παρασκευή (06/06) στην περιοχή της Ατακάμα, στη βόρεια Χιλή.
Ο σεισμός καταγράφηκε στις 20:15 (ώρα Ελλάδας) σε απόσταση 54 χιλιομέτρων από την πόλη Ντιέγκο δε Αλμάγκρο, σύμφωνα με το Εθνικό Κέντρο Σεισμολογίας.
Σύμφωνα με τις επίσημες Αρχές δεν υπήρξε ευτυχώς κάποιο θύμα ωστόσο περισσότερα από 20.000 νοικοκυριά έχουν μείνει χωρίς ηλεκτρικό ρεύμα.

A strong earthquake measuring 6.4 on the Richter scale struck the Atacama region of northern Chile on Friday (06/06). There were no reports of casualties, but more than 20,000 households were left without electricity, local authorities said.
The earthquake was recorded at 20:15 (Greece time) at a distance of 54 kilometers from the city of Diego de Almagro, according to the National Seismological Center.
