The famous rapper Jay-Z – and best friend of Sean Combs, is facing a lawsuit with the alleged alligation of raping a 13-year-old girl with Diddy.
According to Daily Mail, in the lawsuit the accuser, Jane Doe, claims that she was raped by Jay-Z (real name Shawn Carter) and Diddy, in 2000, during a MTV Video Music Awards’s after party in a house in New York.
The lawsuit was filed in October 2024 and was refiled by the lawyer Tony Buzbee on Sunday (08/12/24) in order to list Mr Carter as a defendant. According to BBC, the lawyer “has filed several lawsuits in recent months accusing Mr Combs of assault and rape – though none have provided the names of victims”.
A statement released by the rapper Jay-Z denies these allegations and calls this lawsuit as a “blackmail attempt”. One the other hand, Sean Diddy Combs denied also the accusation.
The lawsuit
In the lawsuit the accuser describes with details how she was approched and what happened at the after party. According to an article of Daily Mail , the accuser said in the lawsuit that a limo driver who worked for Diddy ‘told her that Combs liked younger girls and said she “fit what Diddy was looking for.
After a 20-minute drive, she ‘arrived at what she believed to be a large white residence with a gated U-shaped driveway’ and was told to sign her name to a document she ‘now believes to have been a non-disclosure agreement,’ as she didn’t receive a copy.
The alleged victim recognized many celebrities in the house and claimed that there was use of marijuana and cocaine. She said also that she took a drink that had ‘a reddish-yellow mixture that tasted like orange juice, cranberry juice, and something bitter’ and ‘began to feel woozy and lightheaded, making her need to lie down.’
Shortly Combs, Jay-Z and a female celebrity referred to as “Celebrity B” entered the room and then Combs threw her toward a wall,then grabbed her again and threw her on the bed. The accuser said Jay-Z took her clothes off and vaginally raped her, while Combs and Celebrity B watched. After Jay-Z, Diddy vaginally raped her too, while Carter and Celebrity B watched.
