More than half a century later, the political assassination of John F. Kennedy on November 22, 1963 in Dallas, Texas, continues to spark debate, generate conspiracy theories, and excite both the imagination and reason of people inside and outside the American borders.
For the record, US President John F. Kennedy (JFK) is fatally shot from a distance inside the presidential limousine during his official visit to Dallas while the motorcade is on a main street in the city. Congressman John Connally, who is sitting in the front seat of the presidential car, is also seriously injured in the shooting. The panic that prevails is not limited to the area of the murderous attack. The broadcast of the presidential visit to Dallas leaves the entire American people and the entire world speechless.
About two hours later, Lee Harvey Oswald is arrested outside a theater as the prime suspect in two murders: that of JD Tippit (a Dallas police officer) and that of US President John F. Kennedy. On November 24, 1963, Oswald is shot dead by a supposedly angry citizen, Jack Ruby, while being transported from the police station.
So what are the reasons that around 2000 books were written about the assassination of JFK, while over 10 films were made, the most famous being Oliver Stone’s JFK? Was the frenzy caused due to the positive response that the 35th President of America had to the common people, or was it that the official reports never convinced the public that a single person was enough to assassinate the first citizen of a superpower?
INVESTIGATING COMMITTEES
A) Warren Committee (1963)
On November 29, 1963, President Johnson ordered the appointment of the Warren Commission to investigate the assassination of John Kennedy. Just one year later and through 880 pages of testimony and analysis, the Warren Commission’s final report would reveal that: – The one and only assassin of JFK was Lee Harvey Oswald – There were three shots, the first of which hit the President in the neck and wounded Senator Connelly (a passenger in the presidential limousine) while the third shot caused the fatal blow to Kennedy. – The shots were fired from behind to the front – The secret services protected the President to the fullest – The assassination of the President by Oswald, as well as the assassination of Oswald by Jack Ruby, are not part of any conspiracy originating from within or without.
B) HSCA Committee (1976)
The reins in this period are taken by the House Select Committee on Assassinations, which investigates the assassinations of Martin Luther King & John F. Kennedy. The reopening of the JFK file may have been triggered by the aftermath of the Watergate scandal, but perhaps also by the discovery that the secret services had concealed important evidence from the Warren Commission. The final conclusion of the HSCA will highlight a new element, briefly bringing to the fore the alleged involvement of the mafia in the assassination.
For some reason, however, this direction was “erased” and the conclusions of the new committee will be largely haunted by the Warren report, as well as other future committees, investigators, groups, etc. Thus, the HSCA concluded that:
– On the possibility of a second shooter at the famous Grass Knoll (the hill with the wall)
– Oswald was the killer.
– The assassination was not the product of a conspiracy by the Soviet Union, Cuba, anti-Cuban groups, the secret services, or the Mafia.
The only certain fact, however, more than ten years after the JFK assassination, was that the common people still maintained their doubts about the perpetrators of the attack. Of course, these aforementioned committees were not the only ones that dealt with the issue, and this is evidenced by the National Archives of America, which today state that the JFK case contains the unrealistic number of 5,000,000 pages or documents! These pages include data from newspapers, magazines, books, parliaments, official letters, etc.
CONSPIRACY THEORIES
The documents involved had begun to be released hesitantly since the late 1960s. The National Archives of the United States shows that 88% of the entire JFK file has been revealed to the general public. For example, in 2017, 441 CIA and FBI files were released, which until then remained locked in drawers.
In 2018, another 19,000 files from the same services were dug out of their boxes for public reading. However, according to statements by officials, there are files that are not scheduled to be released before 2021! In 2025, these files remain in the drawers.
Let’s not forget, of course, the official complaints that speak of the immediate destruction of documents and evidence after the death of John F. Kennedy. Thus, reaching the end of 2019, conspiracy theories about the JFK case remain more alive than ever, with statistics showing that 60% of American citizens do not believe that Lee H. Oswald killed President Kennedy or at least not alone.
Five (5) are the main theories about who killed JFK, which still prevail after so many years.
a) The Mafia
b) The Secret Service
c) The Mafia in collaboration with the Secret Service
d) President Johnson
e) Soviets
f) CIA/Anti- Castro Cubans
THE MAFIA
There are many who have argued for years that the death of John Kennedy was a well-organized Mafia plan, which was triggered by two actions: a) The establishment of the McClellan Commission and b) Kennedy’s failed attempt to overthrow Castro during the Bay of Pigs invasion.
It is no secret that the Kennedy family had dealings with organized crime during the Prohibition era, when Joseph Kennedy (father of John & Robert Kennedy) made a large fortune selling illegal alcohol – and for many not only. Undoubtedly, when John Kennedy ran for President, his father was a powerful man with connections both in high society and in the Mafia. Thanks to his father’s connections, John Kennedy received support in his campaign from the unions, which were of course controlled by organized crime.
It is also no secret that the Mafia participated in the US government’s plan to overthrow Castro and establish its “democracy” in Cuba, because it was losing millions of dollars from the Cuban casinos that had already come under Castro’s control. The McClellan Commission was established in 1957, when John Kennedy was a Senator and Robert Kennedy held the position of chief counsel within it.
The commission’s goal was to investigate corruption within the national unions and mainly the largest union in the country, the Teamsters Union and its president Jimmy Hoffa. All the big heads of the Mafia passed through the hearings, such as Sam Giancana, Vito Genovese, Anthony Provenzano and Jimmy Hoffa.
The Mafia, however, became even more enraged when the newly elected John F. Kennedy appointed his brother Robert F. Kennedy as the country’s Attorney General, giving him even more power in his war against organized crime.
One of the most characteristic examples is perhaps the violent deportation of one of the most powerful Mafia bosses, Carlos Marcello, when he went to renew his visa and found himself, without exaggeration, in the jungle of Guadalajara the same day. Marcello never forgot this.
JACK RUBY
According to the commissions’ conclusions, Jack Ruby, who shot Lee Oswald almost at point-blank range during his transfer from the basement of the Dallas police station, was a mentally disturbed individual who acted alone. It was never claimed (including by the Warren Commission) that Ruby had connections to organized crime. However, this is not true.
According to FBI documents, Ruby was involved in Mafia operations involving drug trafficking and gambling.
His ties to organized crime were not limited to Dallas but also extended to Chicago. He personally knew Marcello and Hoffa, as Jimmy Hoffa’s son himself reveals in a taped telephone conversation: “Ruby knew my father since 1939.”
But his role as an informant for the secret services is not unknown. Trips to Cuba, involvement in arms trafficking, etc.
Many researchers state that Ruby knew about the JFK assassination, not to mention that he was never called to Washington to testify.
Actually Ruby himself had stated on camera that he was framed and that his was afraid for his life cause they gonna stop him from talking. Things get more interesting in a letter that supposingly was written by Ruby in jail. Inside the unsigned letter Ruby says :
“Oh the way I fucked up this world who would ever dream that the mother fucker was a Nazi, and found me as the perfect setup for a frame. It was perfect for them. Remember they had the president killed, and now with me in the picture, they’ll make it look as though Castro or the Russians had it done. Anyone in their right mind would know that the Russians or Castro would never do something like that…it would only create worse hostilities. After it was done they would only put another man in office to take Kennedy’s place. Remember the only one who had all to gain was Johnson himself. Figure that out. Remember all points. Also about Oswald who has been a drifter all of his life, suddenly decided to go to work in the book-binding building weeks before Kennedy himself knew he was coming to Dallas…where did Oswald get the information that far in advance…It had to be someone pretty high in Washington who had made up Kennedy’s mind about the trip. All that was planned by Johnson, no one would question the president about a conspiracy…Johnson could commit any crime he cared to because he knew he was going to be the president and have all the power he needed…”.
In 1967, Ruby will breathe his last in the same hospital where John Kennedy and Lee Oswald died (Parkland Hospita). The official cause of death is cancer.
The unofficial side of the story raises questions about the causes of his death and the role of another “enigmatic” person (MK Ultra), Dr. Louis Jolyon “Jolly” West, who visited Ruby in prison.
LEE HARVEY OSWALD
Lee Oswald had Marxist ideas without being a communist, which led him to leave the Marine Corps. In 1959 he left for Russia where he lived until 1962 without managing to obtain Russian citizenship. In June 1962 he returned back to America with his Russian wife and their daughter.
For the official commissions, Oswald was a person who managed to kill the President of America, acting alone. For many researchers this is also an element that is not true, as his uncle who raised him as a father worked for Carlos Marcello while Oswald himself had relationships with people from the same circle, such as David Ferrie and Guy Bannister.
Oswald’s temperament and character – he is considered to have been a person who could be easily manipulated – led him to be “recruited” for the plan to exterminate the Mafia, as pointed out by people from the field of organized crime and investigators.
Gianni Russo – Carlo Rizzi, son-in-law of Don Corleone in The Godfather by F.F. Coppola – specifically states that Oswald was hired by Marcello as a man of trust and probably not so much as a sharpshooter.
However, it raises many questions that Oswald had a file in the FBI, CIA & KGB.
Although the official naration ( from authorities, administrations, foundations, newspapers, journalists to secret services) is up to date that Lee Howard Oswald is the killer of John Kennedy and Tippit, too many points indicate that Lee Howard Oswalt did not kill them and he has exactly what he stated couples of hours before he got shot. “I am a patsy”.
Some of these points are for example, the timeline: It is questonable how Oswald managed – by walking- in 40 minutes to shoot Kennedy fron the Depository Building, go to his house (5 miles away, his houselady saw him), shoot Tippit and end up at the theatre.
Planned evidences: The controvesial photos of Lee Harvey Oswald holds a Mannlicher-Carcano rifle in his backyard. The type of gun that shot JFK. The alleged wallet and jacket of Oswald found at the scene of Tippit’s murder (the police found another jacket of Oswald at his work). The bullet found in Tippit did not match Oswald’s gun…
Witnesses: A witness, Warren Reynolds at his first report to the police did not indentify Oswald. Two days later he is been shot. After the incident he testifies that he saw Oswald. The authorities ignored testimonies telling that at the time of the shooting Oswald was not in the room where bullets were fired.
THE TV-TRIAL OF OSWALD (1986)
In 1986, a strange trial begins in Dallas, which is even covered on television. In the dock of the accused is a large photo of Lee H. Oswald! The prosecution is once again the State, represented by a powerful and controversial lawyer, Vincent Bulgiosi. Bulgiosi was the one who managed to put the maniac Charles Manson in the dock. Another successful and undefeated lawyer, Jerry Spence, has been appointed to the defense.
The trial is regular, with a jury and witnesses for the prosecution/defense, people who had experienced the assassination of JFK in 1963, either as eyewitnesses or as journalists or as doctors or as police officers or agents, etc.
Among the witnesses is Ruth Paine, a family friend of the Oswalds, who had even found Lee a job at the library. A key figure in history, who still keeps his secrets. According to many researchers, he was a hired agent.
Once again, the verdict will be the same: Lee H. Oswald and he alone is responsible for the assassination of John F. Kennedy. In historical annals, a dead man is tried and convicted on television…
SECRET SERVICES
John F. Kennedy’s attempt to end the Vietnam War, as well as to normalize US-Russian relations (1963), the failure to overthrow Castro but especially Kennedy’s willingness to break the self-reliance of the secret services by dismissing the head of the CIA, Allen Dulles, through resignation, is said to have displeased the secret services which were already looking towards a new President. Kennedy was furious with the CIA, which had assured him of the success of the operation (1961) against Castro and now Kennedy had to clean up the mess.
For many historians, President Johnson’s appointment of Allen Dulles to the Warren Commission was criticized not so much because Kennedy had fired Dulles, but for his attempt to mislead the committee about facts and figures, such as the CIA’s secret plan – which Kennedy had of course approved – to overthrow Fidel Castro.
John F. Kennedy was not liked by the all-powerful FBI boss, Edgar Hoover either. After 35 years of being his own boss, Hoover had to report to the young Robert F. Kennedy as Attorney General.
The Kennedys’ plan to restructure the secret services also concerned the directorship of the FBI chief, but Hoover managed to remain “unscathed” as it seems that in the game of mutual blackmail, Hoover was stronger, with many recorded tapes of the two brothers’ love affairs (and more generally, elements of the Kennedy family). Of course, Edgar Hoover was not interested in the moral part, but in the possibility of compromising state security.
Examples of “surveillance” by the FBI were John Kennedy’s relationships with Inga Arvid (a columnist/German spy) and Judith Campbell Exner (Sam Giancana’s girlfriend).
MAFIA & SECRET SERVICES
The interplay between the secret services and the Mafia (the Mafia at that time was truly omnipotent, perhaps even more powerful than the secret services) was a reality that can hardly be questioned and the Mongoose operation confirms this deep cooperation. For different reasons and different interests, the Mafia and the CIA join forces in a plan for the physical and political extermination of Castro, with the well-known results that perhaps triggered the “hunt” of both by Kennedy.

STRANGE DEATHS AFTER THE JFK ASSASSINATION
Dr. Mary Sherman (1964)– On July 21, Dr. Mary Sherman is found murdered in New Orleans and her laboratory catches fire. Edward T. Haslam claims in his book Mary, Ferrie & the Monkey Virus: The Story of an Underground Medical Laboratory that Sherman, a biologist, was working with others on a CIA plan to kill Castro using a biological weapon that would cause him some type of cancer. Oswald had even volunteered to transport the “materials” to Mexico, from where they would travel to Cuba with Castro as the final recipient. However, the plan was foiled and Oswald was ordered to return to Dallas in 1963.
Part of this operation was also known to Judyth Baker, another biologist who had met Sherman as a fellow biologist in the laboratories and Lee Oswald, David Ferrie & Clay Shaw in New Orleans. Baker did not claim that she had entered into a relationship with Oswald and even wanted to get married in Mexico.
Regarding the assassination of President Kennedy, Baker confessed that Oswald believed that the President would fall victim to an attack organized against him by Carlos Marcello (Mafia) and David Atlee Phillips (CIA agent). In fact, she claimed that Oswald wanted to foil this plan and that there were others who would help him. After the assassination of JFK and the arrest of Lee Oswald, Baker received a phone call from David Ferrie, who threatened to kill her if she revealed what she knew to anyone.
Lisa Howard (1964)– Lisa Howard died in 1965, the official report stating suicide by barbiturates. She was said to have suffered from depression after losing her job and having recently miscarried (her reasons for suicide are strangely similar to Monroe’s). Howard worked for the Kennedy administration and traveled to Cuba, as evidenced by photos of her with Fidel Castro and Che Guevara.
Roger D. Craig (1975) – Police officer Craig and his colleague S. Weitzman were the ones who found the gun that shot Kennedy on the sixth floor of the library. In his testimony, Craig claimed that the gun was not a Mannlicher-Carcano but a 7.65 Mauser. Weitzman initially made the same claim, but eventually agreed that the gun was a Carcano. In 1967, Robert Craig was called as a prosecution witness in the trial of Clay Shaw (a New Orleans businessman who had been accused of being a suspect in the assassination of JFK in collaboration with Oswald, David Ferrie, etc.). Craig survived various attacks from 1967 to 1974, including shootings, a car bomb, etc. In 1975, he was found dead. It was claimed that he had shot himself.

Παραπάνω από μισό αιώνα, η πολιτική δολοφονία του John F. Kennedy στις 22 Νοεμβρίου του 1963 στο Ντάλας της πολιτείας του Τέξας, εξακολουθεί να πυροδοτεί συζητήσεις, να γεννά θεωρίες συνωμοσίας και να εξάπτει τόσο την φαντασία όσο και την λογική των ανθρώπων εντός και εκτός των αμερικανικών συνόρων.
Για την ιστορία, ο Πρόεδρος των ΗΠΑ, John F. Kennedy (JFK) πυροβολείται θανάσιμα εξ αποστάσεως μέσα στην προεδρική λιμουζίνα κατά τη διάρκεια της επίσημης επισκέψεώς του στο Ντάλας ενώ η αμαξοπομπή βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό δρόμο της πόλης. Από τους πυροβολισμούς τραυματίζεται σοβαρά και ο βουλευτής του Κονγκρέσου John Connally, ο οποίος κάθεται στο μπροστινό κάθισμα του προεδρικού αυτοκινήτου. Ο πανικός που επικρατεί δεν περιορίζεται μονάχα στο χώρο της δολοφονικής επίθεσης. Η αναμετάδοση της προεδρικής επίσκεψης στο Ντάλας αφήνει άφωνο όλο τον αμερικανικό λαό και όλο τον κόσμο.
Περίπου δύο ώρες αργότερα, ο Lee Harvey Oswald συλλαμβάνεται έξω από μία θεατρική αίθουσα ως βασικός ύποπτος δύο δολοφονιών: Aυτή του JD Tippit ( αστυνομικού του Ντάλας) και του προέδρου της Αμερικής John F. Kennedy. Στις 24 Νοεμβρίου 1963, ο Oswald κατά την μεταφορά του από το αστυνομικό τμήμα πέφτει νεκρός από τον πυροβολισμό ενός υποτιθέμενου οργισμένου πολίτη, του Jack Ruby.
Ποιοί είναι λοιπόν οι λόγοι που γράφτηκαν γύρω στα 2000 βιβλία για την δολοφονία του JFK, ενώ γυρίστηκαν πάνω από 10 κινηματογραφικές ταινίες με πιο γνωστή την JFK του Oliver Stone? Μήπως η φρενίτιδα που προκλήθηκε οφειλόταν στην θετική απήχηση που είχε ο 35ος Πρόεδρος της Αμερικής στον απλό λαό ή μήπως τελικά οι επίσημες αναφορές δεν έπεισαν ποτέ την κοινή γνώμη ότι ένας και μόνο άνθρωπος αρκεί για να δολοφονήσει τον πρώτο πολίτη μιας υπερδύναμης?
ΕΠΙΤΡΟΠΕΣ ΔΙΕΡΕΥΝΗΣΗΣ
Α) Warren Committee (1963)
Στις 29 Νοεμβρίου του 1963, ο Πρόεδρος Johnson δίνει την εντολή να ορισθεί η επιτροπή Warren για την διερεύνηση της δολοφονίας του John Kennedy. Μόλις ένα χρόνο αργότερα και μέσα από 880 σελίδες καταθέσεων και αναλύσεων, το τελικό πόρισμα της επιτροπής Warren θα αναδείξει πως:
– Ο ένας και μοναδικός δολοφόνος του JFK ήταν ο Lee Harvey Oswald
– Υπήρξαν τρεις πυροβολισμοί εκ των οποίων, ο πρώτος πέτυχε τον Πρόεδρο στο λαιμό και τραυμάτισε τον Γερουσιαστή Connelly (συνεπιβάτη στην προεδρική λιμουζίνα) ενώ ο τρίτος πυροβολισμός προκάλεσε το θανάσιμο χτύπημα στον Kennedy.
– Οι πυροβολισμοί είχαν κατεύθυνση από πίσω προς τα εμπρός
– Οι μυστικές υπηρεσίες προστάτεψαν στο έπακρο τον Πρόεδρο
– Η δολοφονία του Προέδρου από τον Oswald, όπως και η δολοφονία του Oswald από τον Jack Ruby δεν αποτελούν μέρος κάποιας συνωμοσίας προερχόμενης από το εσωτερικό ή το εξωτερικό.
Β) HSCA Committee (1976)
Τα ηνία σε αυτή την χρονική περίοδο παίρνει η επιτροπή House Select Committee on Assasinations, η οποία διερευνά τις δολοφονίες των Martin Luther King & John F. Kennedy. Το νέο άνοιγμα του φακέλου JFK μπορεί να πυροδοτήθηκε από τον απόηχο του σκανδάλου Watergate, ίσως όμως και από την ανακάλυψη ότι οι μυστικές υπηρεσίες είχαν αποκρύψει σημαντικά στοιχεία από τη επιτροπή Warren.
Το τελικό πόρισμα της HSCA θα αναδείξει ένα νέο στοιχείο, φέρνοντας για λίγο στο προσκήνιο την υποτιθέμενη εμπλοκή της μαφίας στη δολοφονία. Για κάποιον λόγο όμως αυτή η κατεύθυνση θα λέγαμε «σβήστηκε» και τα συμπεράσματα της νέας επιτροπής θα στοιχειωθούν σε μεγάλο βαθμό από το πόρισμα Warren, όπως και άλλων μελλοντικών επιτροπών, ερευνητών, ομάδων κτλ. Έτσι η HSCA κατέληξε ότι:
– Στην πιθανότητα ύπαρξης ενός δεύτερου σκοπευτή στο περίφημο Grass Knoll ( το λοφάκι με το τοιχίο)
– Ο Oswald ήταν ο δολοφόνος.
– Η δολοφονία δεν ήταν προϊόν συνωμοσίας της Σοβιετικής Ένωσης, της Κούβας, των αντί- Κουβανών ομάδων, των μυστικών υπηρεσιών, της Μαφίας.
Το μόνο σίγουρο πάντως στοιχείο, δέκα και πλέον χρόνια μετά την δολοφονική επίθεση του JFK , ήταν ότι ο απλός κόσμος εξακολουθούσε να διατηρεί τις αμφιβολίες του για τον ή τους αυτουργούς της επίθεσης.
Φυσικά αυτές οι προαναφερθείσες επιτροπές, δεν ήταν οι μοναδικές που ασχολήθηκαν με το ζήτημα κι αυτό μαρτυρείται από τα Εθνικά Αρχεία της Αμερικής, τα οποία σήμερα δηλώνουν ότι η υπόθεση JFK περιέχει το εξωπραγματικό αριθμό των 5.000.000 σελίδων ή εγγράφων! Στις σελίδες αυτές περιλαμβάνονται στοιχεία από εφημερίδες, περιοδικά, βιβλία, βουλεύματα, υπηρεσιακές επιστολές κα.
Η ΤΗΛΕ-ΔΙΚΗ ΤΟΥ OSWALD( 1986)
Το 1986 στο Ντάλας ξεκινά μία παράξενη δίκη, η οποία μάλιστα καλύπτεται τηλεοπτικά. Στο εδώλιο του κατηγορούμενου βρίσκεται μία μεγάλη φωτογραφία του Lee H. Oswald! Κατήγορος για ακόμα μία φορά είναι η Πολιτεία, την οποία εκπροσωπεί ένας ισχυρός νομικός και ταυτόχρονο αμφιλεγόμενος, ο Vincent Bulgiosi. O Bulgiosi ήταν αυτός που κατάφερε να καθίσει στο εδώλιο τον μανιακό Charles Manson. Στην υπεράσπιση έχει οριστεί ένας άλλος επιτυχημένος και αήττητος δικηγόρος, ο Jerry Spence.
Η δίκη είναι κανονική, με σώμα ενόρκων και μάρτυρες κατηγορίας/υπεράσπισης ανθρώπους που είχαν ζήσει από κοντά το 1963 την δολοφονία του JFK είτε ως αυτόπτες μάρτυρες είτε ως δημοσιογράφοι είτε ως γιατροί είτε ως αστυνομικοί ή πράκτορες κτλ.
Ανάμεσα στους μάρτυρες και η Ruth Paine, οικογενειακή φίλη των Oswald, η οποία μάλιστα είχε βρει στον Lee τη δουλειά στη βιβλιοθήκη. Ένα πρόσωπο κλειδί της ιστορίας, που κρατά ακόμη και σήμερα κλειστά τα χαρτά της. Κατά πολλούς ερευνητές ήταν έμμισθη πράκτορας.
Για ακόμα μία φορά η ετυμηγορία θα είναι η ίδια: Ο Lee H.Oswald και μόνο αυτός ευθύνεται για την δολοφονία του John F. Kennedy. Στα ιστορικά χρονικά, ένας νεκρός δικάζεται και καταδικάζεται τηλεοπτικά…
ΘΕΩΡΙΕΣ ΣΥΝΩΜΟΣΙΑΣ
Τα εμπλεκόμενα έγγραφα είχαν ξεκινήσει να βγαίνουν διστακτικά στο φως της δημοσιότητας ήδη από τα τέλη της δεκαετίας του ’60. Το Εθνικό Αρχείο της Αμερικής δείχνει ότι μέχρι σήμερα έχει φανερωθεί στο ευρύ κοινό το 88% του συνολικού αρχείου JFK. Επί παραδείγματι, το 2017 δόθηκαν στην δημοσιότητα 441 αρχεία της CIA και του FBI, τα οποία παρέμεναν ως την τότε στιγμή κλειδωμένα σε συρτάρια. Το 2018, άλλα 19.000 αρχεία των ίδιων υπηρεσιών ξεθάφτηκαν από τις κούτες τους προς δημόσια ανάγνωση. Ωστόσο, σύμφωνα με δηλώσεις αρμόδιων υπάρχουν αρχεία, τα οποία δεν προβλέπεται να δημοσιοποιηθούν πριν το 2021! Εν έτει 2025, τα αρχεία αυτά παραμένουν στα συρτάρια. Προσφάτως ο νέος Πρόεδρος των ΗΠΑ, Ντόναλντ Τραμπ, υπέγραψε σχετικό διάταγμα για την δημοσιοποίηση των αρχείων που αφορούν τις δολοφονίες των John F. Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy και Martin Luther King Jr.
Ας μην ξεχνάμε, βέβαια, και τις επίσημες καταγγελίες οι οποίες μιλούν για άμεση καταστροφή εγγράφων-αποδεικτικών στοιχείων μετά τον θάνατο του John F. Kennedy.
Έτσι, φτάνοντας στο τέλος του 2019 οι θεωρίες συνωμοσίας για την υπόθεση JFK παραμένουν πιο ζωντανές από ποτέ, με τα στατιστικά να δείχνουν ότι το 60% των Αμερικανών πολιτών να μη πιστεύει ότι ο Lee H.Oswald σκότωσε τον Πρόεδρο Kennedy ή τουλάχιστον όχι μόνος του.
Πέντε (5) είναι οι κυριότερες θεωρίες για το ποιος σκότωσε τον JFK, οι οποίες εξακολουθούν να επικρατούν μετά από τόσα χρόνια.

γ) Η Μαφία σε συνεργασία με τις μυστικές υπηρεσίες

Δεν είναι λίγοι αυτοί που υποστηρίζουν εδώ και χρόνια ότι ο θάνατος του John Kennedy υπήρξε ένα καλά οργανωμένο σχέδιο της Μαφίας, το οποίο πυροδοτήθηκε από δύο ενέργειες: α) Την σύσταση της επιτροπής McClellan και β) Την αποτυχημένη επιχείρηση του Kennedy για την ανατροπή του Κάστρο κατά την εισβολή στον Κόλπων των Χοίρων.
Δεν είναι κρυφό ότι η οικογένεια Kennedy είχε δοσοληψίες με το οργανωμένο έγκλημα την περίοδο της ποτοαπαγόρευσης, όταν ο Joseph Kennedy (πατέρας των John & Robert Kennedy) έκανε μεγάλη περιουσία πουλώντας παράνομο αλκοόλ- και για πολλούς όχι μόνο. Αναμφισβήτητα, όταν ο John Kennedy κατέβηκε στις εκλογές ως υποψήφιος Πρόεδρος , ο πατέρας του ήταν ένας ισχυρός άντρας με γνωριμίες τόσα στα υψηλά κοινωνικά στρώματα όσο και στους κόλπους της Μαφίας.
Χάρη στις γνωριμίες του πατέρα του, ο John Kennedy έλαβε την υποστήριξη στον ψηφοθηρικό του αγώνα από τα συνδικάτα, τα οποία φυσικά ελέγχονταν από το οργανωμένο έγκλημα. Επίσης δεν αποτελεί μυστικό ότι η Μαφία συμμετείχε στο σχέδιο της αμερικανικής κυβέρνησης να ανατρέψει τον Κάστρο και να εγκαθιδρύσει τη «δημοκρατία» της στην Κούβα, διότι έχανε εκατομμύρια δολάρια από τα καζίνο της Κούβας που είχαν πια περάσει στον έλεγχο του Κάστρο.
H επιτροπή McClellan συστάθηκε το 1957, όταν ο John Kennedy ήταν Γερουσιαστής και ο Robert Kennedy κατείχε την θέση του chief counsel εντός αυτής. Στόχος της επιτροπής ήταν να διερευνήσει την διαφθορά στους κόλπους των εθνικών συνδικάτων και κυρίως του μεγαλύτερου συνδικάτου της χώρας, το Teamsters Union και του προέδρου του Jimmy Hoffa . Από τις ακροάσεις πέρασαν όλα τα μεγάλα κεφάλια της Μαφίας, όπως οι Sam Giancana, Vito Genovese, Anthony Provenzano και ο Jimmy Hoffa. H Μαφία ωστόσο εξοργίστηκε ακόμα περισσότερο όταν ο νεοεκλεγείς John F. Kennedy διόρισε τον αδερφό του Robert F. Kennedy ως Γενικό Εισαγγελέα της χώρας, δίνοντάς του ακόμα περισσότερη δύναμη στον πόλεμό του εναντίον του οργανωμένου εγκλήματος.
Ένα από τα πιο χαρακτηριστικά παραδείγματα αποτελεί ίσως, η βίαιη απέλαση ενός από τα ισχυρότερα αφεντικά της Μαφίας, του Carlos Marcello όταν πήγε να ανανεώσει την βίζα του και βρέθηκε την ίδια μέρα, χωρίς υπερβολή, σε ζούγκλα της Γκουανταλαχάρας. Ο Marcello δε το ξέχασε ποτέ αυτό.
JACK RUBY
Στα συμπεράσματα των επιτροπών, ο Jack Ruby που πυροβόλησε σχεδόν εξ’επαφής τον Lee Oswald κατά την μεταφορά του από το υπόγειο του αστυνομικού τμήματος του Ντάλας ήταν ένα άτομο με ψυχικές διαταραχές που ενέργησε μεμονωμένα. Δεν υποστηρίχθηκε ποτέ (και από την επιτροπή Warren) ότι ο Ruby είχε σχέσεις με το οργανωμένο έγκλημα. Ωστόσο αυτό δεν είναι αληθές.
Σύμφωνα με έγγραφα του FBI, ο Ruby ήταν μπλεγμένος σε επιχειρήσεις της Μαφίας, που αφορούσαν το εμπόριο ναρκωτικών και τον τζόγο.
Οι δεσμοί του με το οργανωμένο έγκλημα δεν περιοριζόταν μόνο στο Ντάλας αλλά επεκτείνονταν και στο Σικάγο. Γνώριζε προσωπικά τον Marcello αλλά και τον Hoffa, όπως αποκαλύπτει ο ίδιος ο γιος του Jimmy Hoffa σε μαγνητοφωνημένη τηλεφωνική συζήτηση: “ Ο Ruby γνώριζε τον πατέρα μου από το 1939”.
Όμως άγνωστος δεν είναι και ο ρόλος του, ως πληροφοριοδότης για τις μυστικές υπηρεσίες. Ταξίδια στην Κούβα, εμπλοκή σε εμπορία όπλων κα.
Το 1967 ο Ruby θα αφήσει την τελευταία του πνοή στο ίδιο νοσοκομείο που πέθαναν ο John Kennedy και ο Lee Oswald (Parkland Hospita). H επίσημη αιτία θανάτου είναι καρκίνος. Η ανεπίσημη πλευρά της ιστορίας θέτει ερωτηματικά για τα αίτια θανάτου του και για τον ρόλο ενός άλλου “αινιγματικού” προσώπου ( MK Ultra), του Dr. Louis Jolyon “Jolly” West, ο οποίος επισκεφθόταν τον Ruby στην φυλακή.
H απάντηση στο γιατί ο Jack Ruby σκότωσε τον Oswald μπορεί ίσως να απαντηθεί από τους συνηθισμένους τρόπους διεκπεραίωσης μιας σοβαρής «δουλειάς» που σου αναθέτει η Μαφία και το τι συμβαίνει αν αποτύχεις να την φέρεις εις πέρας.
LEE HARVEY OSWALD
Ο Lee Oswald είχε μαρξιστικές ιδέες χωρίς να είναι κομμουνιστής, γεγονός που τον οδήγησε στο να φύγει από το σώμα των πεζοναυτών. Το 1959 έφυγε για την Ρωσία όπου διέμεινε ως το 1962 χωρίς να καταφέρει να αποκτήσει την ρώσικη υπηκοότητα. Τον Ιούνιο του 1962 επέστρεψε και πάλι πίσω στην Αμερική μαζί με την Ρωσίδα γυναίκα του και την κόρη τους.
Και πάλι για τις επίσημες επιτροπές, ο Oswald ήταν ένα άτομο που κατάφερε να σκοτώσει τον Πρόεδρο της Αμερικής, ενεργώντας μόνος του. Για πολλούς ερευνητές κι αυτό είναι ένα στοιχείο που δεν αληθεύει, καθώς ο θείος του που τον μεγάλωσε σαν πατέρας δούλευε για τον Carlos Marcello ενώ ο ίδιος ο Oswald είχε σχέσεις με πρόσωπα από τον ίδιο κύκλο, όπως τον David Ferrie και τον Guy Bannister. Η ιδιοσυγκρασία και ο χαρακτήρας του Oswald- θεωρείται πως ήταν ένα πρόσωπο που μπορούσε εύκολα να χειραγωγηθεί- τον οδήγησαν στο να «στρατολογηθεί» για το σχέδιο εξόντωσης της Μαφίας, όπως επισημαίνουν πρόσωπα από τον χώρο του οργανωμένου εγκλήματος αλλά και ερευνητών.
Ο Gianni Russo – o Carlo Rizzi γαμπρός του Don Corleone στο The Godfather F.F.Coppola- αναφέρει συγκεκριμένα ότι ο Oswald είχε προσληφθεί από τον Marcello σαν άνθρωπος εμπιστοσύνης και μάλλον όχι τόσο ως δεινός σκοπευτής.
Πάντως εγείρει πολλά ερωτηματικά ότι ο Oswald είχε φάκελο στο FBI, CIA & KGB.
ΜΥΣΤΙΚΕΣ ΥΠΗΡΕΣΙΕΣ
Η προσπάθεια του John F. Kennedy να δώσει ένα τέλος στον πόλεμο του Βιετνάμ, καθώς και να εξομαλύνει τις σχέσεις ΗΠΑ-Ρωσίας (1963), η αποτυχία ανατροπής του Κάστρο αλλά κυρίως η διάθεση του Kennedy να σπάσει την αυτοδυναμία των μυστικών υπηρεσιών απολύοντας μέσω παραιτήσεως την κεφαλή της CIA, Allen Dulles λέγεται πως δυσαρέστησε τις μυστικές υπηρεσίες οι οποίες κοιτούσαν ήδη προς τη μεριά ενός νέου Προέδρου. Ο Kennedy ήταν εξοργισμένος με τη CIA, η οποία τον είχε διαβεβαιώσει για την επιτυχία της επιχείρησης (1961) εναντίον του Κάστρο και τώρα ο Kennedy έπρεπε να σκουπίσει τα σπασμένα.
Για πολλούς ιστορικούς δε, η τοποθέτηση του Allen Dulles στην επιτροπή Warren από τον Πρόεδρο Johnson σχολιάστηκε αρνητικά όχι τόσο επειδή ο Kennedy είχε απολύσει τον Dulles, όσο για την προσπάθεια παραπλάνησης της επιτροπής από στοιχεία και γεγονότα, όπως το μυστικό σχέδιο της CIA- το οποίο έλαβε βέβαια το πράσινο φως από τον Kennedy – για την ανατροπή του Φιντέλ Κάστρο.
O John F.Kennedy δεν ήταν αρεστός ούτε στο πανίσχυρο αφεντικό του FBI, Edgar Hoover. Μετά από 35 χρόνια όπου ο Hoover ήταν αφεντικό του εαυτού του, έπρεπε να δίνει αναφορά στον νεαρό Robert F.Kennedy ως Γενικός Εισαγγελέας του κράτους.
Το σχέδιο αναδιάρθρωσης των μυστικών υπηρεσιών από τους Kennedy αφορούσε και την διευθυντική θέση του αρχηγού του FBI, όμως ο Hoover κατάφερε να παραμείνει «αλώβητος» καθώς από ότι φαίνεται στο παιχνίδι της αλληλο-εκβίασης ο Hoover ήταν πιο δυνατός, με πολλές ηχογραφημένες κασέτες των ερωτικών περιπετειών των δύο αδερφών (και γενικότερα στοιχεία της οικογένειας Kennedy). Φυσικά τον Edgar Hoover δε τον ενδιέφερε το ηθικό μέρος αλλά η πιθανότητα διακύβευσης της ασφάλειας του κράτους.
Παραδείγματα της «επιτήρησης» από το FBI ήταν οι σχέσεις του John Kennedy με την Inga Arvid ( αρθρογράφος /γερμανίδα κατάσκοπος) και την Judith Campbell Exner ( φιλενάδα του Sam Giancana).
ΜΑΦΙΑ & ΜΥΣΤΙΚΕΣ ΥΠΗΡΕΣΙΕΣ
To αλισβερίσι μεταξύ των μυστικών υπηρεσιών και της Μαφίας (η Μαφία εκείνη την περίοδο ήταν πραγματικά παντοδύναμη, ίσως και πιο δυνατή από τις μυστικές υπηρεσίες) υπήρξε μία πραγματικότητα που δύσκολα μπορεί να αμφισβητηθεί και η επιχείρηση Mongoose επιβεβαιώνει αυτή τη βαθιά συνεργασία. Για διαφορετικούς λόγους και διαφορετικά συμφέροντα Μαφία και CIA ενώνουν τις δυνάμεις τους σε ένα σχέδιο φυσικής και πολιτικής εξόντωσης του Κάστρο, με τα γνωστά αποτελέσματα που ίσως πυροδότησαν το «κυνήγι» και των δύο από τον Kennedy.
O Edgar Hoover είχε συναντηθεί πολλές φορές με τον Frank Costello (αφεντικό της Μαφίας).

ΠΕΡΙΕΡΓΟΙ ΘΑΝΑΤΟΙ ΜΕΤΑ ΤΗΝ ΔΟΛΟΦΟΝΙΑ JFK
Dr. MarySherman (1964)– Στις 21 Ιουλίου η Dr. Mary Sherman βρίσκεται δολοφονημένη στη Νέα Ορλεάνη και το εργαστήριό της πιάνει φωτιά. Ο Edward T. Haslam υποστηρίζει στο βιβλίο του Mary, Ferrie & the Monkey Virus : The Story of an Underground Medical Laboratory ότι η Sherman ως γιατρός Βιολόγος δούλευε μαζί με άλλους σε σχέδιο της CIA να εξοντώσει τον Κάστρο μέσω κάποιου βιολογικού όπλου που θα τον προκαλούσε κάποιο είδος καρκίνου. Μάλιστα ο Oswald είχε προθυμοποιηθεί να μεταφέρει τα «υλικά» στο Μεξικό, όπου από εκεί θα ταξίδευαν στην Κούβα με τελικό αποδέκτη τον Κάστρο. Ωστόσο το σχέδιο ματαιώθηκε και ο Oswald διετάχθη να επιστρέψει στο Ντάλας το 1963.
Μέρος αυτής της επιχείρησης γνώριζε και η Judyth Baker, μία άλλη βιολόγος που είχε γνώρισε την Sherman ως συνάδελφος βιολόγος στα εργαστήρια αλλά και τους Lee Oswald, David Ferrie & Clay Shaw στην Νέα Ορλεάνη. H Baker δε υποστήριξε ότι είχε συνάψει σχέσεις με τον Oswald και μάλιστα ήθελαν να παντρευτούν στο Μεξικό.
H Baker, σχετικά με την δολοφονία του Προέδρου Kennedy, εξομολογήθηκε πως ο Oswald πίστευε πως ο Πρόεδρος θα έπεφτε θύμα επίθεσης που είχαν οργανώσει εναντίον του οι Carlos Marcello (Μαφία) και David Atlee Phillips ( πράκτορας της CIA). Μάλιστα η ίδια υποστήριξε ότι ο Oswald ήθελε να ματαιώσει το πλάνο αυτό κι ότι υπήρχαν και άλλοι που θα τον βοηθούσαν. Μετά την δολοφονία του JFK και την σύλληψη του Lee Oswald, η Baker έλαβε τηλεφώνημα από τον David Ferrie, ο οποίος την απείλησε πως θα την σκοτώσουν αν αποκάλυπτε σε κανένα αυτά που ήξερε.
Lisa Howard (1964)– Η Lisa Howard πέθανε το 1965 με το επίσημο πόρισμα να αναγράφει αυτοκτονία από βαρβιτουρικά. Όπως ελέχθη υπέφερε από κατάθλιψη επειδή είχε χάσει την δουλειά της και είχε προσφάτως αποβάλει στην εγκυμοσύνη της ( κατά έναν παράξενο τρόπο οι λόγοι της αυτοκτονίας της μοιάζουν με αυτούς της Monroe). Η Howard δούλευε για την κυβέρνηση Kennedy και πηγαινοερχόταν στην Κούβα, όπως αποδεικνύουν οι φωτογραφίες της με τον Fidel Castro και τον Che Guevara.
Roger D. Craig(1975)- Ο αστυνομικόςCraig και ο συνάδελφός του S.Weitzman ήταν αυτοί που βρήκαν στον έκτο όροφο της βιβλιοθήκης το όπλο που πυροβόλησε τον Keneddy. Στις καταθέσεις του ο Craig υποστήριξε ότι το όπλο δεν ήταν ένα Mannlicher-Carcano αλλά ένα 7,65 Mauser. Τον ίδιο ισχυρισμό είχε αρχικά και ο Weitzman, ωστόσο στην πορεία συμφώνησε τελικά ότι το όπλο ήταν Carcano. Το 1967ο Robert Craig κλήθηκε ως μάρτυρας κατηγορίας στην δίκη του Clay Shaw ( επιχειρηματίας της Νέας Ορλεάνης, ο οποίος είχε κατηγορηθεί ως ύποπτος για την δολοφονία του JFK σε συνεργασία με τον Oswald, David Ferrie κα). Ο Craig από το 1967 ως το 1974 επέζησε από διάφορες επιθέσεις όπως πυροβολισμοί, ανατίναξη του αυτοκινήτου του,κτλ. Το 1975 βρέθηκε νεκρός. Υποστηρίχθηκε ότι είχε αυτοπυροβοληθεί.
