A new video of the now-famous robbery at the Apollo Gallery of the Louvre Museum has been released in public.
In the video below, one robber (in the yellow coat) is seen sawing a little bit of the jewelry display case and then smashing it with one punch. The same robber then runs to help the second associate (in the black helmet) to open the second display case.
The narration in the video states the following:
“At 09:35 the security guard alerts the Police. A minute later the first robber “gets to work” by stealing the diadem of Empress Eugenie. The two robbers once again ruthlessly and without restraint steal these masterpieces of French history. The “operation” lasted less than 4 minutes.”

This shocking video confirms – once again – that those responsible for the security of the jewels and the Louvre museum in general have been lying from the beginning of this case. So have their political superiors, trying to cover up their irresponsibility and inadequacy.
Laurence des Cars will insists on the safety of the display cases?
Let us recall that one of the many questions that arose after the robbery at the Louvre concerned the safety protocol specifications of the new display cases, where the French crown jewels were kept.
The new display cases, which cost approximately 433,000 thousand euros, were renovated in 2019, by a specific manufacturing company that specializes in museum display cases and is based in Athens, Greece. Two of the three new display cases were the ones that the robbers hit!
Let us recall, also, that Laurence Des Cars in her first public statement said that the display cases were “attacked with an angle grinder, the glass of these two high-security display cases did not break. The burglars created cracks through which they were able to put their hands”!
After the heist at the Apollo Gallery, the director of the Louvre, Laurence Des Cars, in her second public statement tried to clarify the “inaccuracies” and the “lies” of the press and social media concerning the display cases (and the security matters of the museum). Des Cars had stated then – among other things- that it was a “lie” that the display cases had been replaced with less secure ones for aesthetic reasons!
Is it a lie that the “yellow” robber smashes the display glass with his punch or is it a lie that the glass of the second display opens up like a window after a small effort by the robbers?
We must admit that in our article “Louvre-Robbery: Laurence des Cars insists on the safety of the display cases” (23 November 2025) we did write something inaccurate, based on the above video:
“The three new display cases, “offering all the necessary guarantees,” including the two that the thieves trimmed and stole the jewerly, had been ordered following studies that began in 2014, the museum’s management added.
In other words, after 5 years of studies, in 2019 the museum of Louvre bought the display cases “with all the necessary guarantees” that were violated in 6-7 minutes!From 2021 to 2025, did the Louvre management carry out the necessary checks on the security status of the display cases?“
The robbery lasted 4 minutes not 6 or 7 minutes! (Although in another article we had mentioned that according to Le Parisien the robbery took place in 3 minutes and 52 seconds).

The robbery at the Louvre has hurt the French people and has opened a major backdoor into whether all necessary security measures are being followed in all major museums in the world.
Ένα νέο βίντεο από τη ληστεία στο Λούβρο καταρρίπτει τους ισχυρισμούς περί “προδιαγραφών ασφαλείας” των προθηκών
Ένα νέο βίντεο από την πλέον διάσημη ληστεία στην Πινακοθήκη Apollo του Μουσείου του Λούβρου δόθηκε στη δημοσιότητα.
Στο παρακάτω βίντεο, ένας ληστής (με το κίτρινο παλτό) φαίνεται να πριονίζει ένα μικρό κομμάτι από την προθήκη κοσμημάτων και στη συνέχεια να την σπάει με μια γροθιά. Ο ίδιος ληστής τρέχει στη συνέχεια να βοηθήσει τον δεύτερο συνεργάτη (με το μαύρο κράνος) να ανοίξει τη δεύτερη προθήκη.
Η αφήγηση στο βίντεο αναφέρει τα εξής:
“Στις 09:35 ο φύλακας ασφαλείας ειδοποιεί την Αστυνομία. Ένα λεπτό αργότερα, ο πρώτος ληστής “πιάνει δουλειά” κλέβοντας το διάδημα της Αυτοκράτειρας Ευγενίας. Οι δύο ληστές κλέβουν για άλλη μια φορά αδίστακτα και χωρίς περιορισμούς αυτά τα αριστουργήματα της γαλλικής ιστορίας. Η “επιχείρηση” διήρκεσε λιγότερο από 4 λεπτά.”
Αυτό το σοκαριστικό βίντεο επιβεβαιώνει – για άλλη μια φορά – ότι οι υπεύθυνοι για την ασφάλεια των κοσμημάτων και του μουσείου του Λούβρου γενικότερα έλεγαν ψέματα από την αρχή αυτής της υπόθεσης. Το ίδιο έχουν κάνει και οι πολιτικοί τους ανώτεροι, προσπαθώντας να καλύψουν την ανευθυνότητα και την ανεπάρκειά τους.

Η Laurence des Cars θα επιμείνει στην ασφάλεια των προθηκών;
Ας θυμηθούμε ότι ένα από τα πολλά ερωτήματα που προέκυψαν μετά τη ληστεία στο Λούβρο αφορούσε τις προδιαγραφές πρωτοκόλλου ασφαλείας των νέων προθηκών, όπου φυλάσσονταν τα κοσμήματα του γαλλικού στέμματος.
Οι νέες προθήκες, οι οποίες κόστισαν περίπου 433.000 χιλιάδες ευρώ, ανακαινίστηκαν το 2019, από μια συγκεκριμένη κατασκευαστική εταιρεία που ειδικεύεται σε προθήκες μουσείων και εδρεύει στην Αθήνα. Δύο από τις τρεις νέες προθήκες ήταν αυτές που χτύπησαν οι ληστές!
Ας θυμηθούμε, επίσης, ότι η Laurence Des Cars στην πρώτη της δημόσια δήλωση ανέφερε ότι οι προθήκες «δέχτηκαν επίθεση με γωνιακό τροχό, το γυαλί αυτών των δύο προθηκών υψηλής ασφαλείας δεν έσπασε. Οι διαρρήκτες δημιούργησαν ρωγμές από τις οποίες μπόρεσαν να βάλουν τα χέρια τους»!
Μετά τη ληστεία στην Γκαλερί Apollo, η διευθύντρια του Λούβρου, Laurence Des Cars, στη δεύτερη δημόσια δήλωσή της προσπάθησε να διευκρινίσει τις «ανακρίβειες» και τα «ψέματα» του Τύπου και των μέσων κοινωνικής δικτύωσης σχετικά με τις προθήκες (και για τα θέματα ασφαλείας του μουσείου).
Η Des Cars είχε δηλώσει τότε -μεταξύ άλλων- ότι ήταν «ψέμα» ότι οι προθήκες είχαν αντικατασταθεί με λιγότερο ασφαλείς για αισθητικούς λόγους!
Είναι ψέμα ότι ο «κίτρινος» ληστής σπάει το τζάμι της προθήκης με τη γροθιά του ή μήπως είναι ψέμα ότι το τζάμι της δεύτερης προθήκης ανοίγει σαν παράθυρο μετά από μια μικρή προσπάθεια των ληστών;

Πρέπει να παραδεχτούμε ότι στο άρθρο μας “Ληστεία του Λούβρου: Ο Laurence des Cars επιμένει στην ασφάλεια των προθηκών” (23 Νοεμβρίου 2025) γράψαμε κάτι ανακριβές, σύμφωνα με το παραπάνω βίντεο:
“Οι τρεις νέες προθήκες, “που προσφέρουν όλες τις απαραίτητες εγγυήσεις”, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των δύο ότι οι κλέφτες έκοψαν και έκλεψαν τα κοσμήματα, είχαν παραγγελθεί μετά από μελέτες που ξεκίνησαν το 2014, πρόσθεσε η διοίκηση του μουσείου.
Με άλλα λόγια, μετά από 5 χρόνια μελετών, το 2019 το μουσείο του Λούβρου αγόρασε τις προθήκες “με όλες τις απαραίτητες εγγυήσεις” που παραβιάστηκαν σε 6-7 λεπτά! Από το 2021 έως το 2025, πραγματοποίησε η διοίκηση του Λούβρου τους απαραίτητους ελέγχους για την κατάσταση ασφαλείας των προθηκών;”
Η ληστεία διήρκεσε 4 λεπτά, όχι 6 ή 7 λεπτά! (Αν και σε άλλο άρθρο είχαμε αναφέρει ότι σύμφωνα με την Le Parisien η ληστεία έλαβε χώρα σε 3 λεπτά και 52 δευτερόλεπτα).
Η ληστεία στο Λούβρο έχει πληγώσει τον γαλλικό λαό και έχει ανοίξει μία μεγάλη κερκόπορτα για το αν τηρούνται όλα τα απαραίτητα μέτρα ασφάλειας σε όλα τα μεγάλα μουσεία στον κόσμο.
