A couple managed to break the “Van Gogh” chair at the Palazzo Maffei art museum in Verona, trying to take a photo!
CCTV footage showed a man and a woman inside the art gallery, posing for pictures in the room where the famous chair stands. At a moment, the man approches the chair and decides to sit on it. Immediately the chair collapses and the two persons leave the room.
“An irresponsible gesture caused serious damage to Nicola Bolla’s “Van Gogh” chair, a very delicate work,” the museum said, later adding that the chair was able to be repaired.
The Swarovski crystal-covered “Van Gogh” chair is made by Nicola Bolla.

Ένα ζευγάρι κατάφερε να σπάσει την καρέκλα «Van Gogh» στο μουσείο τέχνης Palazzo Maffei στη Βερόνα, προσπαθώντας να τραβήξει μια φωτογραφία!
Βίντεο από κλειστό κύκλωμα κάμερας δείχνει έναν άνδρα και μια γυναίκα μέσα στην γκαλερί τέχνης, να ποζάρουν για φωτογραφίες στο δωμάτιο όπου βρίσκεται η διάσημη καρέκλα. Σε μια στιγμή, ο άνδρας πλησιάζει την καρέκλα και αποφασίζει να καθίσει πάνω της. Αμέσως η καρέκλα καταρρέει και τα δύο άτομα εγκαταλείπουν το δωμάτιο.
«Μια ανεύθυνη χειρονομία προκάλεσε σοβαρές ζημιές στην καρέκλα «Van Gogh», ένα πολύ λεπτό έργο», ανέφερε το μουσείο, προσθέτοντας αργότερα ότι η καρέκλα ευτυχώς επισκευάστηκε.
Η καρέκλα «Van Gogh» με κρύσταλλα Swarovski είναι έργο του Nicola Bolla.
