Μήνυση θα καταθέσει το Υπουργείο Πολιτισμού κατά παντός υπευθύνου για τη διαφήμιση της εταιρείας Adidas με drones πάνω από την Ακρόπολη.

Αναφορικά με διαφήμιση εταιρείας αθλητικών ειδών στην οποία φέρεται να απεικονίζεται η Ακρόπολη, ανακοινώνεται ότι:
Οι αρμόδιες υπηρεσίες του Υπουργείου Πολιτισμού καταθέτουν εντός της ημέρας μήνυση κατά παντός υπευθύνου για παραβίαση της αρχαιολογικής νομοθεσίας.
Επιπλέον το Υπουργείο είναι σε επικοινωνία με την Υπηρεσία Πολιτικής Αεροπορίας, προκειμένου να διερευνηθεί η τήρηση ή μη της διαδικασίας αδειοδότησης της υπερπτήσης drone, σύμφωνα με την κείμενη νομοθεσία.

“Regarding an advertisement by a sportswear company in which the Acropolis appears to be depicted, it is announced that: The competent services of the Ministry of Culture will file, within the day, a lawsuit against all responsible parties for violation of archaeological law. Additionally, the Ministry is in contact with the Civil Aviation Authority to investigate whether the drone overflight licensing procedure was followed in accordance with existing legislation.
