The 2026 Winter Olympics are starting with the official opening ceremony taking place tomorrow, Friday, February 6th, The games will last from 06/02 to 22/02.
The Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 will officially begin with a historic Opening Ceremony that will see the Parade of Athletes take place at the Milano San Siro Olympic Stadium, as well as at Olympic venues in Livigno, Predazzo, and Cortina.
Unlike previous Opening Ceremonies, where delegations and Flagbearers enter one venue as a staggered group, Milano Cortina will see most athletes parade in the sites closest to where they will compete during the Games.
In line with Olympic protocol, the Parade begins with Greece and concludes with Italy, the host country, following the alphabetical order of the 92 participation delegations in Italian.
